North Coast Plaza allowed me to move into my townhome one week earlier than my lease start date which helped my moving company have a place to transfer my furniture to. They are very caring and easy to work with. They understand when situations occur, you have to make adjustments to help people out.

When I moved in to the townhome, I accidently scratched and scrapped the walls of the unit. North Coast Plaza Office came in and painted and re-touched up the unit for me at no cost. Very satisfied with their service.

I rented a townhome and requested some touch up painting after I had moved in (as I marked up some of the walls). North Coast Plaza office sent some maintenance guys and they touched up these handful of areas for me. I really appreciate the cooperation.

Thank You for allowing me to move in three days before my lease started in order to accommodate my travel plans. My family appreciates this as I too.
